Make restaurant style creamy butter chicken at home in under 30 minutes! Perfect for those on a Keto diet!
- 400g tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Pinch of Fenugreek Leaves
- 6 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 inch Ginger crushed
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs cut into cubes
- 115 ml Double Cream
- Chopped Coriander, for Garnish
Place all ingredients into the foodi, apart from the cream, garam masala and chopped coriander.
Assemble pressure lid, making sure the valve is set to seal. Select pressure and set to high.
Set time to 5 minutes. Press start button.
When complete, quick release the pressure by carefully moving the release valve to vent.
Carefully remove chicken from the pot and blend the curry using a stick blender.
Add the chicken back in. Select saute and set to high. Press start and add the double cream.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with Coriander and serve with rice, naan or roti.
